Register for the 2008 Spring Conference

Registration Information:
Any ACVL Lab or Associate member (or its employees) is welcome to attend the 2008 conference. Member dues must be current to register.

Hotel Information
The conference will be at The Hotel Presidente Intercontinental Mexico located at Campos Eliseos 218 Planco, 11560 Mexico, D.F, and the local telephone number is 5327 7000.

We have a group rate of $165.95 for a single and $170.45 for double occupancy, which includes all VAT, city taxes, and mandated hotel service charges due to local labor laws. Each guest will be charged a bell hop/porter fee upon check-in and departure as well as maid services due to these local labor union contracts and these charges account for the single and double occupancy differences. This rate is valid until May 15, 2008. Optional in-room wireless high speed internet will be available as will 24-hour/day gym and fitness room access at the combined rate of $18.00 per night. As an alternative, hourly per use fees for internet access and usage will also be available in the business center during normal business hours.

Reservations should be made directly with the hotel on an individual basis. You can reserve your room online or call the hotel at their local number in Mexico City, 52-55-5327-7700, or their toll free number 1-888-424-6835. Be sure and identify yourself as an ACVL attendee to get our special rate. For record keeping reasons, please email Chip Wilkinson (cfw2447@rcn.com) with your arrival and departure dates.

Transportation to and from ACVL events will be provided via motor coaches/buses.
