The Association of Cinema and Video Laboratories is governed by a twelve member board consisting of five officers, six directors and the immediate past president of the organization.

ACVL past presidents may also attend Board of Directors meetings after their terms are complete.

The ACVL Board of Directors meets quarterly to conduct the business of the organization.

Message from 2010 President Bob Olson

Dear ACVL members:

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our ACVL members a Happy New Year.

I am looking forward to a very challenging and rewarding 2010 culminating with a great fall conference.

The 2010 ACVL Technical Conference will be in Washington, D.C. and Virginia the week of October 4. The beginning of the conference will be in the Washington, D.C. area with tours and presentations.  We will then proceed to Culpeper, Virginia for our technical papers presentations on Friday October 8, 2010. This will include a tour of the Library of Congress, Packard Campus for Audio Visual Conservation.

Your ACVL Board of Directors and Ken Weissman of the Library of Congress will be working closely to make this an outstanding audio visual event.
I look forward to seeing you in Virginia in the fall of 2010!
