The Association of Cinema and Video Laboratories is governed by a twelve member board consisting of five officers, six directors and the immediate past president of the organization.

ACVL past presidents may also attend Board of Directors meetings after their terms are complete.

The ACVL Board of Directors meets quarterly to conduct the business of the organization.

Message from 2011 President Kevin Dillon

Dear ACVL members:

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our ACVL members a Happy New Year and a prosperous 2011.

Let me start by thanking Bob Olson for the fantastic job he did in leading this organization over the last 2 years. He has certainly left some big shoes to fill.

In addition, I would like to thank the Board of Directors for all the hard work they do to keep this organization running and putting on the Annual Conference each year. Without these dedicated individuals, it would not be possible.

As we begin 2011, there are few updates to make everyone aware of. We will soon be making updates to the website, which will include updating the Board of Directors page, the member’s page and also providing you with information about the 2011 Conference.

In addition, we have restructured our membership dues to be $250.00 annually for Domestic, International and Associate members.

Our annual conference will be moving back to the spring this year and will be on the west coast. More information on dates and location will be available soon.

In closing, I want to let you all know that the board and I will work very hard to put on a value added conference to help us all stay current with the transitions our businesses are going through. We have several topics already in mind, but if you have ideas, we are always happy to hear them.
